Your use of the Workday Peakon Employee Voice for Microsoft Teams app and your access to the Workday service are governed by and subject to the MSA found at: https://www.workday.com/en-us/legal/contract-terms-and-conditions/index.html, unless there is a separately negotiated agreement between the organization that is a Workday customer and Workday. By using the Workday Peakon Employe Voice for Microsoft Teams app, you agree to the following: (i) Microsoft Teams will receive a copy of any data, including from your Peakon Instance, that you instruct Workday to send to or share with Microsoft Teams via the Workday Peakon Employee Voice for Microsoft Teams app and/or the Microsoft Teams integration setup; (ii) your use of the Workday Peakon Employee Voice for Microsoft Teams app and all data therein is subject to the applicable terms of use and privacy statements of Microsoft (and any applicable agreement between you and Microsoft), and all Microsoft platforms, products or services are outside the scope of the Service; and (iii) Workday is not responsible for the operation of or the collection of data in Microsoft Teams, and you are solely responsible for the appropriate configuration of Microsoft Teams.
